cut the wire going to the baseboard, cut a hole for an old work box, feed it to the old work box and put in the 110/220 wifi switchable receptacle into the box, add a plug to the baseboard wire and a switch plate to the receptacle and you should be good to go.Here's a wifi plug for $17 which looks like it plugs into an existing plug, works for 90-265V range.

Call the jail and ask when you can come visit him.Go there and ask him when he will get out.In the mean time feed the cat Purina Cat Chow...and change the litter once a week.Make sure it has water at all times (milk gives them diarrhea).
