You can get up to 2 credit cards (every 60 days max of 4 total) and as many charge cards as you desire for your llc from American Express.

Those buyers, I think one could argue, are disadvantaged in some fashion.  

Americans and Canadians go to Mexico and Northern Europeans go to Southern Europe.
