How much to bid at auction? Also IRS liens?
7 February 2017 | 34 replies
@Sam Epstein car auctions and RE auctions could not be more differentat the auto auction.. the bank owns the asset and WILL sell It that day. they already have title.Sherrifs sale are quit different .. the bank does not have title and is trying to get it or sell it.Bottom line think of the auto auction were you have to look at 1000 cars.. nail it down to 100.. and then ready to pounce on the 10 that actually go to third parties..

Auto pay
30 July 2015 | 24 replies
I use this for one of my properties. not as feature rich as others but does online payments easily and securely.https://www.erentpayment.com/- i used this once and has good customer service and good auto payment features. $3 fee per transaction/month for landlord or you can opt to bill the fee to tenant since they want to do this...I've used other free services before but they have closed down in the past few years since they weren't able to generate a profit with their other non-free services (go figure!)
