I really want to challenge some of you to think about this, more is not better, better is better, and the truth is that many of us have what we need to live our dreams now, but we sacrifice that for wanting more and more.

They sold that home a year later, tax free profits, and just bought into their dream neighborhood where they want to raise a family, another fixer-upper where they'll build even more equity to use for future investment property or flipping. 

Why do you think most people never pursue their plan/dream?  

While you're on a roll, pop into the FIRE community so you can retire by the time you're 30 and then go live your dreams. 

@Nicholas Kronick I lived in vehicles and worked sporadic odd jobs around the world “living the dream” being a climbing bum for much of my twenties.

Best of luck, it's never too late to start investing and I would argue you should be able to reach your passive target dreams far before you turn 66 if you invest wisely

I'm going to hustle, build wealth, and make my dreams come true. 

I am not trying to kill your dream, just adding some food for thought. 

I want to buy and rent property and manage as a dream job but it doesn’t look very promising.

Sorry to crush your dreams but you can't really BRRRR with no money.
