I'm a fairly finicky investor as I'm a big believer in lifestyle design and business automation (ask Frank ^^^).

Question and/or advice.How would you handle a Rehab when the Design and Budget clearly are not in line with each other?

@Ali Boone , @Charles McNelly, and others have talked about lifestyle design, and how it fits into their real estate investing - or should I say, how their real estate investing fits into their lifestyle design.

Conforming Fannie/Freddie notes are residential only, which means that the owner of record has to be a person - a corporate entity simply does not qualify by design.2.

Also, for clarification, are you planning on being an agent or a designated broker?

Analyzing and designing cellular towers for the large carriers, local, county, state and federal agencies.

We currently live in Burbank, Ca where I work at Walt Disney Animation Studios on Feature Films, so going to the MNREIA meetings isn't really possible for us.

I am open to all types of investing while focusing slightly more on rehabbing since I want to start a design build firm (high performance residential).
