Hi @Han Chang,VA sometimes has a cultural benefit that FHA doesn't have in that some people prefer to sell to veterans over others.

An very wealthy guy goes to my church.

It's a different culture.     

The last one has made me decently wealthy for someone my age.

If I read your post clearly you should steer well clear of criminal money, at least until you personally are wealthy enough to insulate yourself from association.

To really get wealthy, have a very disciplined strategy to roll your profits into passive income producing property.

Is it extra cash each month, is it long term wealth, is it financial freedom, is it stair step to bigger business etc?.... 

I come from a non wealthy so I can't ask my parents.
