I'm 29 and plan on owning the house forever, so I'm in this for the long haul.

BUT, it does not mean, they will hold it forever.

Having several out may prove to be time consuming and expensive if you are paying for walkthroughs.

As a consumer, you don't get the same access a paying real estate agent does (but even then, we only get in depth access to our local MLS).

Houses sell in these types of neighborhoods all the time in Boca, but then there are others that sit on the market for forever until they are forced to reduce their sale price astronomically.

If this is the case I would focus on paying off the consumer debt before you grow any more.

., move tenants out, coordinate cleanings, pay lodging taxes, change your insurance, furnish the property, stock consumables, and more.

Driving for dollars can be very time consuming.
