I've managed to partner up with 2 other investors where we're dividing and conquering and have broken into a new market, establishing rapport with brokers and PMs very quickly. 

Looks too broken up for any kind of topping to work, you'd end up with a bunch of sympathy cracking pretty quickly. 

It seems like a great opportunity for someone just starting out .I know the basics of it & I’m enrolling in local real estate groups to start building my buyers list, my question is what are some of the things you guys messed up on in the beginning that you would do different, have any general ideas/ tips that could help me start off/ for the long run ?

Hey BP fam, ok so i have come to the conclusion that i need to be taking other action steps in real estate while i'm building my credit so i have decided to give wholesaling a shot so my question being does anyone know of anybody in the Chattanooga TN area already in the wholesaling field that wouldn't mind  grabbing a cup of coffee or sharing some helpful tips over email.
