As a Property Manager with a few furnished homes, the demand is often high, many reasons: sometimes it's someone in between homes, sometimes it's a seasonal person, sometimes it's a temporary assignment (travel nurses), and on and on.We restrict ours to 30 days minimum, it keeps the weekend wedding party crew away and filters it down to those with more serious intentions.

I am hoping now that Vacasa is hiring people who  live and breathe in the communities in which they sell and manage properties that maybe we can remove some of that tarnish.  

Not to mention 2008 and 2001 which were much larger than any of those.Sorry not trying to disparage, just having a good laugh as a guy that lives and breathes in the stock market. 

My concern is that if I replace the oven light, what's to stop the same tenant or others from reporting similar issues with bulbs in different rooms, or perhaps the fridge filter light coming on, and so on.I'd appreciate any insights or guidance on where to draw the line between landlord responsibilities and reasonable tenant expectations.Thank you,

That being said this is one of the tools I use to be able filter deals quickly in determining whether they move to my phase 2 underwriting or not!
