I doubt a high school kid can even spell asbestos.....but a short-term exposure like that shouldn't bother anyone, it can take years of constant exposure to cause problems.... 

So if they did forbearance you need to investigate BEFORE you bother.3.

So if an STR person pays me $x/month and can make money on top of that, why would that bother me?

In small towns this is another bother that we did not think about before purchasing, and when you are a 45 min drive from your houses, it can be a chore and almost impossible if you work a 9-5 and get a sudden dumping of snow in your airbnb driveway!

@Darren Sager -  I did not see that it took that long to come through, but we keep enough in the account to cover the mortgage even if no tenants pay rent, so it really doesn't bother me.Dec/Jan I had just gone though like 20 accounting software programs for our business, and spent probably 100 hours on it.  

If they have good to excellent credit scores, we don't bother calling.

I am still recovering from my condition, so I still have not gotten started but following your success path has been an inspiration to me which is why small setback do not bother me.

Only thing that bothers me is that the first quote was 4K higher than the second witch sounds odd.
