It’s not uncommon for pajamas to be the dress code and leftovers to be the sole items on the menu for this date.G-Day Arrives (That’s Goal Day for those of you not following along)We usually start the day with a quick gratitude inventory over the previous years’ accomplishments followed by a meditation session to bring the subconscious into the activity.

If you want to network, there's an informal meetup at Heavy Riff Brewing in Dogtown this evening, people will start arriving around 5pm, usually 10-20 people. 

I personally would just handle it, and if it didn't rent right away, you will have to mow another 1-2 times anyway before new tenant arrives.

Would it be better to buy now while I'm overseas or buy upon arrival?

I've run into similar companies and after running numbers on a few properties, I tend not to give more that a cursory glance when their emails arrive (then delete).

Ideally, I can submit a hearing petition, but then I have to waste time going down to the city hall for a hearing.Can I bring the board of health to court for abusing his authority or speak to someone about him..etcI have always been complying to him, and always pick his phone whenever he speeds dial me.

Also, if they truly did mail the check, they'll be sweating the arrival and should be checking in with you to see if you received it.

Basically, rent is due on the 1st and you have a four day grace period and then it's late on the 5th (unless it arrived by mail and was postmarked on the 4th or earlier).
