If you do plant tress do not go with a Bradford Pear tree- these are super popular in the Midwest at least and what far too many builders put in and still do as they are very fast growing.

Right now the best way to analyze these deals is looking from an owner-occupied/STR strategy.

Once see in person going to get in touch with the contractor about getting this repaired property however I wanted to see where my legal rights are as I expect this work to be done with no expense to me.One of reason the side yard was so important is we allow tenants to have animals and for an in city rental it was popular to have the yard for animals and kids to play in. 

I don't own the property but I'm analyzing it and want to make sure if a tax reduction is allowed to determine feasibility of purchase.
