It was not necessarily because I didn't think any could be a good investment, but because I felt like the price I was willing to pay was much lower than the ask so it was not worth my time to through in a low ball offer.

is it an agent that will make frequent low ball offers on your behalfor an agent that is versed in the market and can find you off market deals and or help you in other areas. ?

While I wouldn't rely on zillow for purchasing decisions, I do think it is a good, quick value measuring tool that is easily accessible and simple to digest.I use zestimates to give me a ball park, particularly on areas I'm not as familiar with.
