@William Meng Raleigh, Durham and Chapel Hill are great areas attracting a lot of investors right now.

I am in the Chapel Hill, NC area and trying to focus on finding opportunities in the RTP and greater area.

I purchased some land last year in Rock Hill, SC that I am building my personal home on, and I was also able to subdivide off 4 one acre lots. 

@Travis Hill does it make sense then you think to reach out to a national lender and just try to build a relationship through them?
