Hi @Sid Naik,Just to expound on what @Jeffrey Isenberg and Account Closed said about increasing rents, It's also about increasing the income overall that may come in other forms such as laundry, pet rent, parking fees, storage fees, etc. 

@Beth H.Hi Beth,The unit is listed as a multi family but has 2 units and one storage unit.

It’s currently used for owner’s storage. 

I’m in your shoes; I’ve got a couple of duplexes, but I think that multi-family is the way to go.

If I were in your shoes, I would most likely de-leverage for a year or two and re-position the debt on the properties you have.

If you were in my shoes would you pursue trying to have the management of the building pay for any third party costs to fix this?

And a bonus is that it will make the garage usable for 1 car (as opposed to now when it's advertised as just storage), so perhaps that will add value.

Try to put on the seller's shoes for a moment, ask yourself how frustrating would it be to have to re-list your home 4 times and keep dropping the price?

+ Large basement for plenty of storage!
