Lack of understanding of what is important when we are on-site at a property.

Hey Justin I am new to the site and investing but recently purchased my second home to live in so I have become pretty well versed in our area and associated taxes during our search.

I'm gonna keep this short and simple: If you want free leads of absentee owners follow this method..if you know your market: go to gosection8.com and text all the landlords on the site something like "I see you own a property on 123 street I'm looking to invest in the area would you be open to possibly selling a property?"

I don't recall ever seeing any job sites shut down, yet over the last month and a half or so I have seen maybe 8-10 jobsites shut down.

Booking sites don't like to transfer listings to new (or original) owners.

@Ali Boone The reason why I like sites like this is because there is no emotional attachment to the person you're speaking to.

This being our first rental, we are unsure of wether to let her leave and hand the keys back by the end of the month to avoid the time, money, resources, stress and take the loss or to go after her.
