I think it was mentioned once before on this thread, but one option for smaller investing smaller amounts of capital would be real estate crowdfunding platforms; they allow you to invest smaller amounts of capital (generally $5,000+, but I'm sure you could do a little research and find smaller entry capital) into deals for a set percentage return (8%-15%).

Hey guys, I am new to the BP platform & looking for some advice.

There are functions on both the VRBO and Airbnb sites that allow you to sync your calendar across platforms so that if someone books on one platform, it automatically blocks the dates on the other platform.  

Does anyone know of a free platform to create an application?

Wordpress.org is an open-source platform full of themes, plugins, etc.  

Iv'e found some websites that have lending platforms for real estate investors, has anyone done this?  

The operating agreement we are to sign and agree on is with two of the primary investors behind ifunding and investors with money in a lot or most of the deals on the platform.
