If you are still overseas but know where you are going, you may doing licensing to become a Realtor online in your new location...not that it is the only way to have a career in real estate.

His take is that these type of tenants won't understand and sign a lease that has too many occupancy expectations, and they won't apply for apartments, and pay rent on line.

All the other online training seminars/gurus that I've looked at failed to mention that wholesaling in Ohio without a realtors license is illegal if done the way they are instructing.

Here are some that I'd recommend: Go to all the area investor meetups - There's the SLREIA, NUREIA, UVREIA, etc. meetings... and searching around online you'll probably find more.

I would personally not recommend taking online contracts from people who are not licensed attorneys in your jurisdiction.
