These are just individuals giving their experiences and how they do things does not mean they are ethical or legal... just put the shoe on the other foot if you owned a property and you wanted to wholesale it.. and I told you I am going to buy it and you count on me.. and I run title figure out you don't own it... know you probably can't close it.. and I just back out last day then I go right to the owner and buy it cheaper from them.How would you feel about that !

The neighborhood is hot and there is great renter and buyer demand, however, no one seems to want to touch this hot mess with a 10 foot pole.I know this is not the only place in the area or country with an inactive condo association.So question: What can you do to make it functional?
