Hi I hope you all are doing wellI am looking to invest around the Lindell Bvld area but looking at the crime map it seems like it's not safe and looking at rentals there are too many rentals available leading to a saturated market.

When I got started I had a carlton  sheets video who used to come on late nights with his informercial and my best friend who purchased a property 5 months before I did😂.

I know that guests use the one I put in the main closet.

Even though I have a great corporate sales job with a W2 income over $200k annually, I've always known I didn’t want to rely on that income forever.

I would love to keep all the properties completely separate, but I just don't see how it's feasible.
