I was hoping that BP will organize a 2 day conference, hoping I can educate myself regarding private funding there.

I went to the Best Ever Conference last month, and the keynote speaker was John Chang, Vice President of research at Marcus & Millichap.  

I have been up there for the BP conference and will be there this weekend for the Titans, great city, but not sure there are any deals.

The MSA includes 17 counties and includes northern Mississippi counties and eastern Arkansas and a few other Western Tennessee counties. 

My attorney also indicated it could be completed via a conference call as well.Regards,Jane

I attended a conference call that as an investor sounded interesting.

I mean, if you want to do it right and have great internet, furniture, certainly comfortable chairs, and build-out for conference room option, private office options, kitchen area, proper technology, etc. 

Of course I am biased but I think Detroit's Midtown, New Center, East Jefferson, Corktown, West Village, Milwaukee Junction, Sugar Hill district, Eastern Market District, Detroit Medical Center, and soon Northend are where any investor stands to get a really great return on their investment since comparatively speaking these neighborhoods are hot and prices are still relatively tame compared to other cities seeing similar growth. 

They are always on a conference call and never have a update when it will funds.
