I still had to file and pay taxes in the us but the IRS excluded something like my first $90K in foreign earned income plus I received credit for taxes I already paid in the host country. 

I host a block party each year and I always make sure it is food I would eat - high quality, not cheap garbage.

I'd just make sure there are no clouds on title (make sure the title co. goes back 20 yrs).

Zoho's prices are very reasonable and they are cloud based, which means you can access it from anywhere.

The 4th property still has a cloud on title even though the plaintiff withdrew from the suit 6 months ago.  

Additionally, may find people who wish to relocate to "the beach" as early retirees.There is also a robust season "weekly" rental market, though the properties specific to this arena tend to be large multi-million dollar properties hosting large groups of people on vacation for a week at a time.
