You can rent a "U Sand" machine from Home Depot and you really can't mess it up (unlike a belt sander, this is lighter grade and uses 4 orbiting sanding disks).

I don’t see anything in that specific neighborhood that lays a solid foundation for the next step of development and sustainable growth. 5 bus routes and a trolley route that get you into CC, U City, Fishtown, W.

U don't need partners if you have cash.. just be realistic on how much cash you need to pull this off I have no clue as to your financial position or experience level.

The rents and prices of real estate might be a little pricey for u right now in Midland/Odessa.  

What killed this model and what risk today U run is that in 08 finance STOPPED you could not get an investor loan unless you were a 1% er. 

you might want to start a post and ask if anyone has scaled and owned D class low C class for 10 years.. those are who U want to talk to..

Id first start to read 2 books ..THINK AND GROW RICH and RICH DAD POOR DAD. add a second job..or rent out a room in ur house or do some extra work ..live tight for a few.. save at least 30% of every dollar u earn.. pay ur credit cards minimum and the day of.. remember..to pay yourself first always!
