Some were really a 4 unit with a conversion or grandfathered in for when a sale happens it goes back to a 4 unit.If that is the case you might be able to get 4 unit and under financing but would lose the 5th unit.Look into IRA lending.

Seems like a waste of time to me.Here is the real world answer (For REO - bhank owned properties): A POF is a bank statement, stock account statement, IRA statement, etc in your name or your entity's name with enough cash to close the transaction.
