My 4plex was around 10,000 a month as well till it was time to remove those outside spigots ;)Last Spring - Tenant - I see you removed all the outside spigots.Me - Yes they were in bad shape and were leaking water.Tenant - Oh I was wondering because I wanted to wash my car.Me - There's a car wash 2 blocks up the road.End of story and so far seen savings of around 2,000 gallons.
