Once is transferred, you are responsible, make sure to have insurance quote ready and activate insurance as soon as it transfers to your  name

Your uncle will most likely have to get the loans in his name and then you can do a quit claim dead to transfer the title to the LLC.Doing business with family/friends can be difficult.

I understand that the total amount of the loan will be due if the property is transferred or sold, but I thought I read somewhere except when it is transferred to the spouse.
