But I am not forced to do that if times are tough.

I'd like to share with some info here.Selling off these props - tough, since the supply in the apartments in newly developed resid.blocks is unusually high in my toen, and purchasing power of the population is low.

If you look at the oil decline in the 1980s, it took nearly two years for a reaction to materialize.

Many times:1) the reimbursement will only cover the cost of the materials and not the labor to install them.2) the company will have many requirements to be met (i.e., method of installation, you must purchase the material before 3 p.m. on a Tuesday, etc.)

The labor for a 200 amp compared to a 100 amp is the same. the only thing different is the ratings of the materials, they are heavier for the higher amperage. 

Only time will tell.Third, it's tough to find a property in Denver right now that meets a 1% rule.  

@ marc oisterPottstown is a tough market with forclusers but a lot of cash transactions going on there.  

My Realtors all tell me they believe the prices will stay and even grow so it's a tough call.
