It would be hard to figure all this out if we didn't drive to properties regularly, walk the area, manage in-house and so on.

A good inspection report is about 40 pages and has lots of pictures with arrows pointing at things - this is important because we supply the report also to the owner, so it needs to be easy to read and understand.
