@Chris Munichiello If the rental is located in a prime commuting area close to a train station outside of Boston you should have no issue renting it no matter the time of year.

She had his banking information so she could deposit directly into his account.I went to the police station and here's what they told me.The actual victim of the crime is the former landlord, not me.  

My wife and I are leaving California(my last duty station...fulfilled my contract and now a Veteran) and going to migrate to San Antonio.

 @David Coatney:I read and see that Tampa/Orlando/Jacksonville are the best Florida Markets for rentals at this time.My answer to that is that since it is already in the news the train has left the station for reasonably priced rentals.
