With the revelation by ProPublica in June that Peter Thiel's Roth IRA is valued at a staggering $5 billion, the news media is widely reporting that Congress will be considering changes to IRAs that will curtail such hyper-growth of tax free money going forward.In explaining how Thiel's IRA could have grown to this size from a starting value of less than $2,000 in 1999, ProPublica reported that Thiel had utilized a self-directed IRA to purchase stock in PayPal at startup. 

And often times, the learning curve is much lower, and exponentially less expensive.That being said, most major accounting/ERP systems (Yardi, MRI, etc) have modeling pieces as well, but these are not as widely used, and in my experiences, much more cumbersome than Argus or Excel.

They also provide a wide range of resources for lending, contractors, property managers, title companies, etc. 

I share quite a bit of info but I wouldn't want to share widely the contractors that I'm keeping busy. 

And has the reimbursements been country wide?

There is a shortage of inventory nation-wide at the moment.

This is definitely an industry challenge as revenue can have a wide range.

In addition to that, many of the members have formed their own meetup.com or facebook groups that meet in person too and have a wide range of topics covered.Hope this helps. 

Values would change possibly if we were talking about places outside of Pittsburgh, but all those numbers put me a little above the median numbers for each of those city wide.  

The maximum size of modules will only be 16ft wide x 75 ft long because that is the size that trucks can carry.
