Worth the 4-star), the A/C cut off randomly, the black tile grout looks like it was applied with a spray gun, the drawer under the kitchen sink would knock the peatrap clean off if you closed it too fast and needless to say...reviews suffered.I've gotten smarter since then, but have often wondered if I could do a reset on that listing.

Students rarely have time -- or worse -- just see a mess as someone else's problem or something they will get to later so dishes in the sink, bugs, cleaning after their pets, etc, are just a few of the problem areas.

You are negotiating by stepping on the soft spots, looking at the leaks under the sinks, stains on the ceilings, smelling the cat pee, dog poo, etc.

If you are thinking it is an issue call around and look for ads on craigslist, home advisor, or just google search now a days it seems as though the cost of granite is like that of flat panel TVs more people/companies are offering it therefore the lower the price is, I shopped around and found a granite guy that will do slab granite with install for about 28 a sq ft. plus he throws in a free double bowl sink.

I did call an termite inspector and he verified that the termites are not active and found a label under one of the sinks indicating that the property was treated for termites.

Not today - new leads are almost 100% web origin.We also had a mandatory 1 hour meeting on Friday morning (endless lectures about cleaning up the sink) and mandatory broker's tours every Friday lasting 3-4 hours.Yes, stay in touch with the market, but a broker's tour every 8 weeks is sufficient for that.The total non-productive time?

Maintenance - I DIY'd new sinks/faucets/and minor things that needed to be fixed, everything is in perfect condition now.
