Is there another product I am overlooking?

I'm a single mother of two currently completing my Business degree and working full time.

@Nick Rice You don''t give all the numbers, but you'll need to consider what your housing costs (or profit) will be for each of the scenarios (single family vs condo) with the room(s) rented out.You should also consider them as straight rentals.

You do have a finite product capacity on the truck and also must deal with overhead of a commissary kitchen but they make money.
