They are giving 2 options one the agency finds their housing and they don't get housing stipends or  they find their own housing and keep the difference of their stipends.most nurses do travel for the money I know this because I though about doing it but had trouble with finding housing for 13 weeks.now my idea is simple I live in a area where there are 2 hospitals I work for one of them.

Material breach of rental agreement is easy to proof; however, it is something that can be fixed with reasonable effort or expense, while keeping the contract in effect, it's less likely to be material.I am aware that the California eviction process is simple, however it certainly becomes complicated once the tenant decides to challenge the eviction.Any insight would be greatly appreciated.
