If that was illegal all hard money lenders would be shut down.

And I am not talking about myself, I am talking about the one man barber shop that I go to, that was ordered to shut down by our Governor.

Any time another person feels like someone is trying to change them, or forcing them to drink from a fire hose, it can make someone shut down or be disinterested.  

I think everyone should panic and shut down.

Has anyone had issues with their HOA's/neighborhoods shutting-them-down and disallowing this ability to rent out.    

I would shut down my e-mail link, at least temporarily.
