I am biased because I sell professional services but if you do not get value from your advisors you can always go back to DIY. 

So when you sell the asset, that payoff is in the loan file and title company knows to pay that off and pay you the gravy. 

I guess I need to go back to her with some additional questions on what exactly she'd be compounding/selling.
