Thats like going to the doctors, telling them you know whats wrong with yourself and then telling them to write you a prescription for s very specific medication that you selected yourself.

The darker areas correlate with locations that have a lower median year built value, and thus larger selection of older housing stock. 

How does one select a market?

If we send out multiple offer letters and a few of the buyers approve, can we select the best deal and turn down the others without creating an issue or attaching bad will to our name?

There are people looking to rent all year, but you may just have a smaller selection of people to choose from.
