Any size, any price range.What's the best way to locate the developers or find these building?

I own or co own 10+ properties of various sizes across the US.

Ive read the UBG several times, the guide to screening tenets, bought and read a copy of Rich Dad, Poor Dad, and pretty much anything else I can get my hands on.My plan is to follow a buy and hold strategy, and possibly throw a flip or two into the mix.

The bottom line is that it's nunya WHY she's moving & your opinion on what size house she "needs" is irrelevant.;)

Also the roof jobs on a house that size aren't low cost.

I have two properties in the Central NJ (Middlesex & Monmouth Counties) and am looking for some recommendations on General Contractors from the BP Community.Both projects are medium sized rehabs1.

One will limit the loan size to $650,000 and the other $750,000.What you've described are terms that would be offered to a strong bank client who doesn't need the money to do the deal. 

I also had issues with tenants that came with my first purchase - another reminder of how important it is to screen before you let someone in.  

We owned an apartment building building across the street from a multimillion museum in a medium sized city.  

In my market, the majority of homes I will be looking to purchase and flip will be mid sized homes, under $250,000.
