I didn't see them in action, so I don't know if they sprayed it on or painted it on, but it's actually very attractive now.

After the moisture problem is fixed, a mold remediation company can essentially clean the joists to remove the surface mold and then spray with an anti microbial solution to help prevent it from coming back.

That being said, here are a few reasons I see some stable growth, here in Utah & Salt lake county specifically, but also across the nation. 1.The Median home prices have typically appreciated at 4% per year, out pacing inflation (most of the time) we saw higher than avg growth starting in 03-07.

Use melamine home dept aint and a auto spray gun if possible. replace anything broken it will be hidden by paint.Appliances: USEDTile: Now I paint them and just get the cheapest money can buy, even mismatched colors.

@Carl Ohai unless you buy a lot of it the amount of calls you actually get will fluctuate a ton, when they are trying to sell you they give you their estimate but that is something you need to take with a pound of salt.

Adding to that, I definitely wouldn't use any contractors or inspectors that the listing agent recommends (or at least take it with a major grain of salt).
