It's a ridiculous fee.

I view it as getting married, as ridiculous as that sounds... 2-way relationship that should last many years

Just about all of the multi-families in my city are either rent stabilized or rent controlled and the buildings are selling at ridiculously low cap rates as people seem to be buying as an appreciation play instead of a cash flow play.

Although it’s starting to get a bit ridiculous.

Lenders want to get rid of distressed properties as soon as possible, but they aren't going to self them for ridiculously low prices Many short sates, in (act, fall through if the BPOs come in too high.

Chicago is definitely more expensive than Atlanta but this seems ridiculous.  

I've found very few who will do the % and many that want the flat fee (often times fee is more like a lawyers hourly wage - ridiculous). 

I was given an introduction on real estate investing a few months back, and decided to load up on books to become more knowledgeable about REI, attending  some seminars that wanted me to pay ridiculous fees to learn the business , And while the industry is little foreign to me and nothing in  my professional background relates I have discovered this undeniable passion for it.So my questions is to the REI’s in the business, what are some  serious recommendations for anyone that wants to be engage in this business. 

Hopefully HB93 gets voted on soon and we finally get these ridiculous water bill practices to end.   

This seems ridiculous since all the gain was from when we used to live in it.
