Anyone own an A Class retail building that is worried it will get trashed or eventually?

For example on a super hot summer day, the AC will not get repaired at a home warranty home because everyone is calling repair people, and the first people to get repaired are retail or property managers that give routine business.

I helped ran a family business of four salons for about 13 years, sometimes I really miss the retail/service industry. 

With all the retail going online and everything is becoming more virtual, I believe personal services such as massage which cannot be done online would stay strong in the changing economy. 

Lots of retail and industrial jobs normally though not at full capacity yet.The rent roll indicates 2 long term (multiple year) renters.

Retail value is $170k in my market. 

You will learn a lot and you will save a ton of money in the future ) - Learn to find ways to solve a common problem in a suitable way ( Example a fridge in your house breaks, don't let your parents just buy a new one a common retail store.

I'm in no rush, if waiting even just a few months is better or be more convenient- can one still fare well with a fairly retail, turn-key SFR?
