They will tell you there successful deals, but I’m interested in the deals that didn’t go smooth and how did they resolve it.

I’m guessing the strongest sense is one of resolve and may include a sense of clarity about what needs to be done.

Perhaps she will come by and reply to this thread, which is her prerogative, and it will all be resolved in some fashion.

I'm told after 5-6 letters is when you get most responses, and I'm resolved to complete 5 letters/postcards before I call it quits, but I'm currently feeling very discouraged.

I feel the engineer should be responsible for resolving this issue...

Therefore, you'd be wise to come up with a plan to resolve before someone else does this and bypasses you
