And at least in Oregon one can buy these but you must pay the old owner 80% of any profit you make if you resell within a certain amount of time..

Note also, the sale price included escrow to cover improvements noted by the seller (obviously this is not transparent from the property record alone).Has anyone else experienced purchasing and eventually reselling a wholesale property after rehabbing?
