We would be doing an owner-occupy for 1 year, so that would give us the option to test the market for the unit with the pool, or spend up to $7,000 to remove the pool in that year. 

I had my cleaner leave like the table and folding chairs there, he basically cleaned out the garbage and food in the fridge so it wouldn’t rot.

We came in and removed everything from the inside, cleaned, and built it all back up.

Removed old skirting and added waterproof board.

Now, removing water backup (60) plus increasing the deductible from 1 to 5% still leaved the premium at 1600 - which is what i payed last year.
