NOS followed quickly after 90 days of NOD and then all cancelled a week atfer NOS recorded.  

Two of my vents arent getting air pushed through them from the AC unit (7 other vents are working fine and receiving air and the AC system works fine).

Make a note of your attempts, post written notice on the door, and then go in the following day.You are never required to give notice if it's a true emergency like water pouring out the front door or a fire.
