Be prepared to do a lot of title work so find a title company that is willing to cut there cost a bit for the volume.Good luck.

@Zack Lofton thanks - in 9 days we got the roof done on house and shed, back addition prepared for siding, soffits removed, inside demo complete, fence removed, all new doors and windows removed, furring strips put up alongside the house and siding started on the sides.
