Toledo has a lot going for it right now, and with the infrastructure improvements that have been going on for the last 10 years and the ongoing projects and future projects we have planned, we are going to be in great shape for the future.

I'm sure you didn't bet the farm on that project and I'm 100% with you on going after a special opportunity you could take advantage of.

I plan on going to the HOA meeting, but was hoping that if they do decide to make a rule against renting maybe I could be grandfathered in under the old HOA bylaws?

When I analyze a deal, I try to account for ongoing costs by using percentages or costs per unit from other buildings I own or manage.

It is an ongoing battle to find enough skilled workers who work fast and do good quality. 

I've helped out of area investors who've purchased someone else's flip and they had ongoing problems like in-wall electrical and plumbing from all the shortcuts the flippers took. 

So we had a target market, but with everything happening in the world it seemed daunting to get started, and there were many excuses and limiting beliefs that almost got in the way...With the ongoing pandemic, how could we get to our target market to meet people and make deals happen?
