This might be a dumb question but how do you find who the BPO agent is for this particular piece of property?

I have 2 PA LLCs which each hold about 8 units a piece.

There were a 5-6 pieces of solid wood furniture that may have brought in a couple of hundred dollars each, but we didn't have time for that, as we are in the flipping business-  not the resale furniture business.

Another piece of info that is important in this mystery is that a novice investor (I will call him George) made an offer to Mike but I don't know any of the terms of the deal or if there was a formal deal.

With that, I have put the pieces in place to launch my own investment group and have a great deal of the legwork in the books to get going.
