Not all but I have spoken to a bunch and most have a product.I have been working on something to post about STR coverage and what happens when you don't have the correct coverage, but it has been like pulling teeth to get info.

Moreover, the employer on their pay check is no where to be found online.Is it possible that they can tweak and fraud the background reports and credit score reports on zillow rental tool ?

The list price was 160,000 with no improvements.

Mold inspection was never performed, as there was no concern about mold.

I have no idea what it is or how it's actually calculated.

If I am starting out as a real estate investor interested in being a rental landlord (still working out the main type of rental I want to work with), can I refinance the house with a higher rate and make it a rental to my husband as my first rental?  

If you are working with an investor-friendly CPA, I would ask what you need to document to make it easy to write off the expenses.

Possible a dry wall access, could be cased, whatever requires minimum work.
