Same mentality.   

Keep saving, even when that money burns a hole in your mental pockets and it seems like it's all for nothing. $11K is a great start, and might or might not be enough for a solid beginning in RE investment. 

I'm adopting the mentality that a long-term-tenant, is better than looking for tenants very 6-8 months. 

This doesn't have to be going all in financially, but at least mentally.  

Single Family is mental a prerequisite that many fall into.

There’s less women in the workforce to begin with and then couple that with the fact women are naturally more cautious and conservative.To be successful in real estate, I believe you need to have an aggressive mentality and work approach.

The mentality for many years was, "Why remodel, when I can just sell?

Every investor goes in with the BRRRR mentality, but work through the numbers to determine IF your loan will be able to be refinanced and all money invested can be recaptured. 

Have half a brain, be mentally strong and you WILL make it if you work as hard as I have!

I am wondering if these mentalities are making it impossible to close deals.I have not closed one yet, and a couple of my mentors are calling me out saying that I have been doing this for long enough now that I should have closed something by now.
