That way when i do see a deal I am mentally prepared to do it.

It can be "prescribed" by almost anyone, including a mental health counselor, physician, psychiatrist, or even a church pastor.There's a lot to navigate, a lot of unanswered questions, and HUD doesn't do much to help the Landlord.
